Here I would like to point out that after coming to IKEM there was nothing to publish from for years because there was no material i.e. patient files. Main author of 8 monographs, for two periods chairman of the committee of the Czech Gastroenterological Society, 28 years member of the committee, member of the panel of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic, member of the panel of the Medical Research Agency of the Ministry of Health, member of the Government Council for Science and Research 2014-2022, currently member of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Health.
President of countless domestic congresses.
International activities:
Organization: 1998 - 2002 member of the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE), dozens of invited lectures at the most prestigious events in Berlin, Madrid, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Copenhagen, Tel - Aviv, Cairo, Shanghai, Bangkok, Vienna, Cairo, Rochester, Moscow, St. Petersburg.
